With 27 years of building experience, Ed Lampman understands homes inside out. He is a certified designer as per the Ontario Building Code Act 1992 Article 2.17.4.7. under the section The House (residential buildings up to 6400 sq. Ft. X 3 stories and up to a 5 car garage - single family or multiple residences) Up until 2005 he designed and built homes under the name of Georgian Huronia Homes Limited. Since 2006 when the act became mandatory he has only designed homes under the name PRV Design for clients and builders. You can be assured that your PRV designed home will not only exceed building codes but will save you money and the environment over the life of the building.
Every building site has differing natural contours and site features that require sensitivity and experience on the part of the architectural designer. Taking advantage of a viewline, or fitting into a hillside slope, PRV Design creates homes that fit their unique locations perfectly.
